Do you have a store? Where can I buy your products?
We are an online retailer based in Osaka. We currently do not have a walk-in store. We deliver high quality products to your doorsteps all over Japan.
How to use frozen products like durian, mango, longan,..?
Ready for use once defrosted, do not refreeze. Once defrosted, use products within 3- 5 days as recommended for the best taste.
How can I get free shipping?
Okinawa and Hokkaido are excluded from free shipping, but half of the shipping fees are waived on orders exceeding 10,000 yen
What is the difference in benefits of Frechi juices and shop bought juices?
Our green juices are made 100% purely from fruits and vegetable and are therefore high in nutrients with no added sugar or water whereas shop bought fruit juices can have a certain amount of sugar, ingredients, flavourings. Frechi juice should be frozen until it is used as it can't stay in the room like shop bottle juices. What’s more, our juices are selected from quality and organic ingredients then cold-pressed and preserved using pressure not heat – all of which mean you get all the natural goodness in the bottle.
How do I store and use juice?
Take the juices out of the box and put them in your fridge. If you can, turn your fridge down to 5˚ to keep all of the goodness in. Raw cold-pressed juices once frozen must be kept in the freezer and can be stored for 6 months without degrading the flavor or nutrition. Frozen juice, once thawed, tastes as if it was just made and all of the nutrients and enzymes are intact. Once thawed and opened, use it within 5 days and do not refreeze
How to use soft dry products?
Keep the product airtight when not using. Use within 7 days after opening the package. Store in cool and dry places
